ABOUT US
Carey M. O'Rarden has been teaching voice and piano for over 21 years and is fully licensed to teach All-Level Music and Theater Arts in the State of Texas. He received full tuition music scholarships to Rice, University of Texas at Austin, University of Houston, and the University of Texas at San Antonio where he majored in Music Performance and graduated Cum Laude. His accomplishments include roles with Houston Grand Opera, including Dead Man Walking with Joyce DiDonato and Philip Cutlip available on Apple and Amazon Music. He has played for TMEA Region 33 as the concert accompanist for the past 7 years. Additionally, Carey has played for many churches and religious institutions throughout the state of Texas and is in high demand for his skills at many venues throughout the city of Houston.
